Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Quintivel, a multi-tenant software-as-a-service platform for limousine, chauffeur, and ground-transportation operators. By signing up, accessing, or using Quintivel, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under the law of your jurisdiction. Quintivel is designed for businesses, not consumers — when you sign up you represent that you have authority to bind your business.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Tell us at security@quintivel.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to the platform or other users.

Quintivel provides software tools. It does not provide transportation services. Each operator is independently responsible for the trips they sell, the drivers they employ, the vehicles they operate, the licenses they hold, and the laws they follow. Quintivel is not a party to any transportation contract between an operator and their customers.

You agree NOT to:

• Use Quintivel for unlawful purposes or in violation of any law.
• Send spam or unsolicited email; bypass anti-spam protections; send to addresses you don't have consent to email.
• Send SMS messages without proper consent under TCPA, A2P 10DLC, or equivalent local law.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code or non-public APIs.
• Resell or sublicense the platform without our written permission.
• Interfere with the security or performance of the platform, or attempt to access other operators' data.
• Use Quintivel to process payments for illegal goods or services, or to launder funds.

Quintivel is offered on monthly or annual subscription plans listed at quintivel.com/pricing. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime in Settings → Billing; access continues through the end of the paid period.

Annual plans: 10× monthly = 2 months free. Annual fees are charged up front and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Monthly plans: charged on the day you subscribed each month. Pro-ration applies when you change plans mid-cycle.

Failed payment:we'll retry the card on Stripe's smart-retry schedule and email you. After 7 days past-due your account moves to a read-only state; after 30 days it may be suspended.

Customer payments:when your customers pay you through Quintivel (via the operator's Stripe / Square / etc. account), Quintivel never holds the funds. Refunds and chargebacks are your responsibility under the payment processor's terms.

You own the data you put into Quintivel — your business information, your customers, your quotes, your trips. We process it on your behalf to operate the platform. See our Privacy Policy for details on collection, use, and retention.

You retain a worldwide license to the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, transmit, and display that content as needed to provide the service.

Quintivel integrates with third parties (Stripe, Twilio, Google Maps, Resend, etc.). Your use of those services is also governed by their terms. We're not responsible for outages, charges, or policy changes by third parties.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee any specific uptime unless a separate written SLA is in place. Live system status: quintivel.com/status.

Quintivel is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quintivel and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Quintivel and its affiliates from any claim arising out of (a) your use of the platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your transportation services and your contracts with your customers; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.

You may cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or pose a security or legal risk to the platform. Upon termination, you can export your data for 30 days; after that, we may delete it.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced to operators by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Delaware, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
